About the geese

Roelof Kramer farms a small flock of free range geese in his home village of Horspath, just outside Oxford. The geese have a natural, local diet: they graze outside all day and are also fed grains grown by the village farmer. This is his third Christmas and previous customers tell us that the meat is delicious and succulent!

Small: 4-5 kg (9-11 lbs), for 6-8 people
Medium: 5-6 kg (11-13 lbs), for 8-10 people
Large: 6-7 kg (13-15 lbs), for 10-12 people

The 2011 price is held at £10 per kg (contact us for wholesale discounts).

You can reserve your Christmas goose now and we will arrange convenient delivery or collection with you in December.

Please note

We supply these delicious geese oven-ready in a nice box with giblets and cooking instructions. We cannot guarantee the exact size of bird will be available because we are a small, family-run operation but we will do our very best.
