Roelof Kramer
Roelof Kramer has over 15 years of experience in the agribusiness industry. His areas of expertise include production economics, seeds and crop protection with a focus on Russian speaking countries. Before setting up Rectory Farmhouse Limited, Roelof worked in sales, marketing, business development and business management positions in Advanta Seeds, Novartis Agro and Syngenta AG. Roelof speaks fluent English, German, Russian and Dutch. He holds a masters degree in field crop science from the University of Wageningen and an International MBA from Nijenrode University, both in the Netherlands.

Ann Kramer
Ann Kramer has over 20 years of experience in agriculture and public health in both multinational and small companies. Ann focuses on the development and commercialisation of new technology, particularly biotechnology. Prior to 2006, Ann worked for Syngenta AG (and its parent company Zeneca) in plant biotechnology business development, agrochemicals corporate strategy, marketing, sales and M&A. Since then, she has been Head of Business Development at Oxitec Limited, a company developing novel insect control for agriculture and public health and Chief Operating Officer of Immunocore Limited, a company developing cancer therapeutics. Ann has a degree in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University.
