Jaap de Boer
Jaap de Boer is the founder and manager of TOO INTA (International Agro Trade Activities) in Kostanai, Kazakhstan, and co-founder of NKCF (North Kazakhstan Credit Fund). Jaap is active as a senior consultant in investment projects throughout the Republic of Kazakhstan, including with the European Union, USAID, CAMFA, CILC, and Cordaid, Oikocredit. He is also the local representative of PUM (agency of the Dutch government for international development assistance) in North and East Kazakhstan.
Yuri Zastavny
Yuri Zastavny serves on the board of 2 Ukrainian companies and consults for several agribusiness companies, both local and international, on business development, managing growth in developing market and strategy definition. Previously, he was CEO of Novartis Agro Ukraine.
