Between 1995 and 1997 he was area manager Russia for Advanta Seeds in the Netherlands. Supervising a sales team of three he promoted new varieties and negotiated seed supply contracts worth up to US$1 million with collective farms and sugar factories.

From 1980 till 1999 Jaap de Boer was joint owner of INTA Communicatie Trainingen BV based in The Netherlands. The company was active in managerial communication training, project management and sales & marketing, reorganizations of companies in Europe, Eastern Europe, Africa and Asia.
Yuri Zastavny
Yuri Zastavny has 9 years experience managing a large multinational in Ukraine. He joined Novartis Agro in 1998, to manage Ukrainian business of Novartis Agro out of debt crisis. After several years of debt collection and restructuring, the company started full scale operation on the market as a legal entity.
